| Thinking of Buying a Home? |
|
|
Once You Have Decided To Purchase A New Home…
What steps should you take?
First, there are some important points that should have been thought through and have been decided well in advance;
Location: Have you selected the area? (based on proximity to schools, universities, work etc...)
Your needs: Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, size of garage, finished basement, etc...
Occupancy: When do you plan to move? Is this firm or flexible?
Price range: Is it realistic in terms of price, size and location?
Do you have to sell before you buy or do you prefer to buy before you sell? Talk to your banker about it!
If you found the ideal home tomorrow, would you be able to purchase it?
Commitment: Would you be willing to work exclusively with one agent?
When you have a clear picture of the answers to the above questions, please contact Lynne or Yves and we will be glad to arrange an appointment to meet with you. Once we have made our initial contact we will see if a climate of confidence and mutual respect can be established and if our work ethic and expectations are the same. We can proceed with the next step which will be narrowing down the scope of the ideal home.
